Hej! Are you ready to start learning this melodic Scandinavian language with me? 😍

I've wanted to be a language teacher ever since I was little and my dreams finally came true. I am very motivated and ready to help you improve your Swedish language skills! I am very responsible, friendly and supportive.

I am a certified Swedish language teacher. I studied the Swedish language for 4 years at the University of Philology. I have been teaching Swedish for 5 years now. I also have experience in teaching Swedish at private language schools.

*At the moment I am not accepting students who are preparing for exams/certificates such as Swedex, TISUS, YKI etc.

We are here to learn but also to have fun while learning! I can't wait to recommend some nice Swedish songs and tv series/movies to enjoy but also to expand your vocabulary!

Andrea is everything I was looking for as a teacher! She is extremely professional, very kind, and she knows what she is doing. Her lectures are very thought out, her presentations are very easy to learn from and her knowledge of the swedish language is on the highest level. Since I know 4 other languages, I know what works and what doesn't work when learning a new language, and I can tell that she knows it, too, by the way she structures her lessons. Plus she is very sweet, always in a good mood! I highly highly recommend everyone to try a class with her.

My specialties

Swedish for beginners

I've helped many, many students who didn't know a word in Swedish when we first started having lessons together. All of my lessons are very well structured so the student always knows what we are going to do the next time. I take time to teach my students the alphabet, the pronunciation, numbers, etc.

Conversational Swedish

I have been very successful at recognising my students' level while they are talking. I've taught students who were strong B1 or weak B2 and we worked on building their vocabularies through reading various texts and discussing different topics.
