LearnZone’s community guidelines
Respect one another
We’re committed to fostering a global community built on respect, dignity, and professionalism. Any form of harassment, abuse, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Act with integrity
Trust starts with honesty. All users are expected to be truthful and transparent. Misrepresentation of identity, experience, or qualifications has no place on LearnZone.
Maintain a safe and ethical environment
We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of exploitation, trafficking, or harmful behavior towards tutors and learners.
Protect personal information
Everyone deserves privacy. Do not share
anyone’s personal details, yours or
others’, without clear consent.
Unacceptable conduct on LearnZone
At LearnZone, we believe that in order to maintain a safe, respectful, and trusted space for learners and tutors, certain behaviors have no place on our platform. Below is an overview of actions that violate our community standards and may result in account suspension or removal. Please help us to keep LearnZone a positive and secure space.
What's not allowed:
Offensive, harmful, or abusive conduct
We do not tolerate any behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment, including:
• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or sexual harassment• Threats, bullying, or intimidation• Obscene language or inappropriate content• Defamatory, misleading, or intentionally false information
These behaviors do not have a place inside the LearnZone classroom, chat, or anywhere on or off the platform.

Platform abuse and fraud
To ensure fairness and trust across the LearnZone platform, users must not:
• Misrepresent their credentials or backgrounds• Manipulate tutor rankings, ratings, or billing• Create multiple tutor or student accounts• Share login credentials with others
• Circumvent LearnZone’s payment system or schedule lessons outside the platform
Security violations
Security is one of our top priorities and is essential to a trusted learning environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Introducing or spreading viruses, malware, or other harmful software• Attempting to access LearnZone systems, data, or accounts without authorization• Scraping, harvesting, or misusing data from the platform or its users• Sending spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited promotional messages
• Exploiting the platform to interfere with its normal operations or circumvent its safeguards
A note on academic integrity: While LearnZone supports students in achieving academic success, using tutors to complete assignments, write essays, or take tests on your behalf violates most academic institutions’ honor codes and is not allowed on our platform.
Reporting & enforcement
Violations of LearnZone’s policies are taken seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the offense, the following actions may be taken:
Account suspension
Temporary restriction from
using the platform.
Termination of account
Permanent removal from the
LearnZone platform.
Other remedial action
We may take additional measures to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
LearnZone reserves the right to investigate any complaints or suspicious activity and take immediate corrective action based on the results of these investigations.
