Hi, I’m Hansol — your Korean mentor and friendly guide.
Born and raised in Korea, I’ve been teaching students in Korea for over 12 years, working with learners from many different backgrounds. This long experience has made me very patient and confident in guiding students step by step — especially from the basics.
I hold a Korean Language Teacher Certificate (Level 2) and a Korean History Proficiency Certificate (Level 1), which allows me to teach not only the language, but also the cultural and historical context behind it — in a clear and simple way.

hansol is such a sweet and genuine person. i was really anxious about starting online tutoring because i usually get nervous asking questions—especially during calls—but she immediately made me feel comfortable. she's incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. what i really appreciate is how she makes each lesson feel personal. she takes the time to chat with me, asks about my favorite shows and idols, and even incorporates those into the lessons, which makes learning so much more fun and engaging. hansol also does regular vocab tests, which help me retain new words really well. she gives short homework tasks that help reinforce what we’ve covered in class, and she gently corrects my pronunciation in a way that helps me improve without ever feeling embarrassed. i’ve felt uncomfortable in online tutoring sessions before, but not with hansol. she’s genuinely lovely, encouraging, and has a natural talent for teaching. even when i make the same mistake multiple times, she stays patient and supportive. i can already feel my fluency improving! i would absolutely recommend her to anyone learning korean :-DKerem

couldn't be better... I am lucky to have such a teacher. She is well prepared with slides and exercises. She is able to make a longtime plan for your needs and knows what to do at all times. Also teaches very important points about living and culture in Korea which was vital when I worked here.Robert

Today I ended my class with Hansol, due to some priority issues in my life. We kinda finished Level 1. I am so grateful to have Hansol as my tutor in my Korean learning journey. She did tailor the lesson according to my needs and we don't always strictly start on the syllabus right away once class started. Our informal chatting helps me a lot in improving my speaking skills. Some day, if I am back, I hope Hansol is still here. If the star rating is 10, I will definitely give 10/10! 한솔 선생님, 감사합니다.
