About me
Hello! I am a native English speaker from the United Kingdom, and I have been teaching English since 2017. I specialize in Business English, General Spoken English and IELTS exam preparation, working mainly with professionals, exam candidates, and casual learners. I also teach children on occasion.
I like to take a relaxed approach to teaching, but I always focus on your goals. For IELTS students, we concentrate on targeted exam practice, focusing our work on all 4 sections of the test to build your confidence and improve your score.
For professionals, our lessons often centre around business communication, meetings, presentations and the kind of English you use at work. For other learners, we will take a structured approach to grammar and vocabulary, or keep things flexible with question-and-answer sessions that include live corrections and tips based on various reading material, which I will send you between lessons..
I hold a TEFL certificate and a LearnZone teaching certificate, and I am always keen to tailor lessons to each student’s needs. I also love discussing deep topics and learning about different cultures and I would love for you to teach me something.

Since 2017, I have taught English across various online platforms and worked with private students from around the world. I also conducted in-classroom teaching during my university years.
I have had the pleasure of teaching students from over 50 countries and every continent, ranging from young children to retired adults. My experience includes short-term support, such as preparing students for job interviews, emigration or upcoming exams. However, I have also developed long-term tutoring relationships that have lasted several years.
Many of my students come to me for IELTS preparation or professional English training, and I have been able to help them successfully pass exams, secure new jobs, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
