Hello! My name is Lyudmila. I’m a certified lawyer and a teacher of the Russian language and literature. I taught Russian language and literature at a lyceum for about 7 years, and I’ve been teaching Russian as a foreign language for over 10 years.

For about 7 years, I taught Russian language and literature at the M. Eminescu Lyceum. My students participated in national Olympiads and won prizes. For more than 10 years, I’ve been working as a teacher of Russian as a foreign language with students from various countries: the USA, Germany, Denmark, England, Czech Republic, Sweden, Romania, and Switzerland. I taught for over 4 years in the FLEX and NSLI-Y programs at the American Language Center (ALC). I also taught Russian as a foreign language at the Oratorica language school.

In my lessons, I pay great attention to grammar first and foremost. At the same time, from the very first classes, I introduce speech constructions and conversational phrases that are practiced and reinforced throughout the lessons. I use modern textbooks, interactive platforms, thematic and situational vocabulary, and authentic texts that help to understand Russian traditions and the mentality of Russian people, as well as functional texts.

I also offer advanced students a course in business Russian. Additionally, I provide assistance to Russian students who wish to improve their literacy, prepare for tests, and learn how to write essays.
