My name is Marie-Claire, I'm 58 years old, and I live in France.

I studied psychology, then advertising, and finally earned a degree in Information Communication. For over 30 years, I've been a marketing consultant specializing in customer behavior studies, and I teach this subject in management schools.

I gave my first classes at the age of 23 at the university where I had been a teacher, and this passion for sharing knowledge has never left me.

Mastering the French language, both spoken and written, is crucial in my profession; it brings ease and precision, which are the foundations of quality communication.

I have extensive experience with online lessons and understand the challenges of this format.

My experiences in various sectors and with diverse audiences have given me a great ability to adapt, flexibility, and a personalized approach.

I enjoy listening as much as I do teaching, using targeted tools based on the needs of the students in front of me. For me, effective teaching comes from the flexibility offered to each learner.
