Hey there! My name is Kevin, and I was born and raised in Sweden. I have over three years of experience teaching Swedish, both in small groups and through individual lessons.
I offer Swedish conversation classes up to an advanced level, with tailored lessons designed specifically for your goals and needs. I also provide intensive courses for those who want to make quick progress (and yes – I hope you enjoy homework!) 😉
No matter the type of lesson, the main focus is on conversation, where I use a lot of positive reinforcement to create a relaxed and safe environment. The goal is for you to feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and developing your fluency in Swedish in a natural way.
Together, we’ll work towards you feeling confident, fluent, and at ease in Swedish, whether it’s for everyday life, work, or studies.

Lars is a fantastic teacher who really understands people in general because he possesses a calm, understanding, and helpful disposition. Lars goes above and beyond what is typically expected to ensure that his students feel comfortable, heard, and cared for during lessons. Lars is an extremely good listener who gives his students every opportunity to express their thoughts and make requests (when it comes to things that interest the students). Additionally, he is very skilled and educated; he can contribute to almost everything we talk about because he has a grasp and understanding of a wide range of topics. Lars can provide his students with valuable feedback and correct common mistakes that a student makes during the lesson without crossing the line where input interrupts the flow of conversation. Aside from being a good conversational partner, Lars is attentive and able to offer his students homework so they can refine their Swedish skills outside of the classroom setting. He has a wide selection of study materials that students can rely on to sharpen their proficiency in the Swedish language.
