About me
When I lived in Ireland, I discovered my love for the English language.
Later I lived in Barcelona, and it felt natural to take the next step and start teaching. I love working with people and enjoy meeting individuals from different cultures. I have worked with professional adults, students, and children.
My goal is for students to learn by experiencing the language directly, and we speak only English during class. What each lesson consists of depends on the needs of the student. Generally, it’s a combination of conversation (speaking and listening), writing, vocabulary, and grammar. In every lesson, we play some games to make the class more engaging and fun. I believe students achieve more when they enjoy the learning experience.
I have more than five years of experience as a language tutor. I have taught adults, students, and children. I have helped people pass exams for the TELC and Goethe certificates and prepared university students for their exams.
