Hi, my name is Marie! I’m from Colombia 🏐💕 I’m studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages. I really enjoy the teaching process and being able to help students improve their communication skills in another language, especially in Spanish.

Marie is one of the BEST tutors on this platform and I have tried many. She is very patient and extremely open to questions to help clarify. Her teaching is very organized and clear making it super easy to learn difficult concepts. Marie is always on top of it! Anytime there is room to improve my spanish, Marie will take the time to put a pin in our conversation, explain a concept, and then jump right back into where we left off. I have learned a great deal of sentence structure, local dialect/jerga, and advanced vocabulary from my few lessons with Marie in lieu of her commitment to ensure I actually understand and can use the material by myself vs just explaining and calling it a day. I would highly recommend Marie to anyone looking to take their basic spanish understanding to a more advanced level.
