I'm Andrew, an enthusiastic recent Highschool K12 graduate from Indonesia seeking an opportunity to be an English Tutor to help clients improve their English everyday communication, speech, pronunciation and skills, including helping with grammar, spelling and writing. I'm also willing to help teach English as a second language. I found that I have been able to imitate people or voices in a young age since kindergarten, therefore I believe I could also coach people on certain learning accents and dialects.

- Voluntary Teaching: I have 2 years experience of teaching a middle school student weekly and cooperated with other teachers as a duo or more with their students on multiple occasions and this cooperation is still ongoing from time to time, the lessons focuses on reading, writing, questions and answers, including how the lessons apply on life and for self-improvement

- Online Coaching: During my time on social media, I made some friends with a few group of peoples, and some of them have video projects, during my time there, I found out that I have the capabilities of coaching people on video recording and clips segments, including their editing

Skills:

- Native-Level English Fluency: Despite being an Indonesian, an Asia country, I have always been able to mimic dialects at a young age, I got my English dialect from my Filipino teachers on kindergarten, overtime, I managed to achieve a standard American accent as my current speech pattern when speaking English

- Adaptive Teaching: During my weekly teachings, sometimes my student isn't always performing the best when studying, therefore I adapt to the circumstances on how to teach in a more proper way, sometimes it's a fun vibe way, or more serious if the topic needs it to be, most of the time, it's casual and if the condition is not fit for a proper lesson due to fatigue or illness, I can shorten the lesson or cancel it and make it up for another day

- Soft Skills: I would say I am a very patient person, when working with people online for personal projects, sometimes I invite a group to join me, but it doesn't always go as planned since sometimes the project partners can be demotivated, succumbed to laziness or is busy with their own stuff, instead of losing cool, I would offer solutions and make things easier for them and for me to do the rest of the work, another soft skill I possess are Charisma and Humor, I can be very extroverted and enjoy finding common ground between me and others, I also like cracking jokes to ease tensions or make people laugh which can make lessons more fun and enjoyable instead of pressuring

- Specialties: I specialize in teaching people everyday English communications, and improving their accents and pronunciations, and also to teach them grammar and spellings, if the student wants to, I could also coach their dialect and accent to their preference way of speaking English
