About me

Hi! I'm Sarah, born in Ireland and living in CDMX. Would you like to improve your conversational English through relaxed, one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific goals? With a Bachelor's Degree English Language and Creative Writing, as well as previous experience as a tutor, I would love the opportunity to work with you and make language learning enjoyable and useful in real-world situations. Most of my students prefer to focus on conversation rather than grammar or writing - often, while taking a walk in the park, online, or in my house.

I have a BA in English Language and Literature, a Masters degree involving linguistics modules, and previous English tutoring experience. I offer classes centered around improving your conversational English, whereby students choose the areas they struggle with the most or we work from a more structured workplan of common conversational topics and skills improvement. I also speak Spanish (B2 level) and take classes every day to improve and ensure I can give students the best experience possible.

Sarah is an absolutely brilliant English tutor. Her lessons are always engaging and genuinely enjoyable, making learning feel both effortless and rewarding. Her ability to speak both Spanish and English is a real advantage, as it enables her to understand my accent and cultural background extremely well, resulting in very clear and effective communication.
