About me
Hello everyone! My name is Wanchen. I am a native Chinese speaker. I love learning languages and traveling because I enjoy making connections with people. I also like sports such as swimming, fitness, and tennis, as well as design and arts —so if we share similar interests, we can have fun conversations together!
I have there years of experience teaching Chinese to international students. I know exactly what foreign learners struggle with and how to turn those difficult moments into breakthroughs.
Because of my traveling and teaching experience, I understand how foreign students think. I can quickly understand and capture students Chinese, and change vocabulary to simplify words that carry more meaning. To help students get more confident to speak in Chinese even just in simple words.
I’ve also taught myself Korean and French, so I understand firsthand the ups and downs of learning a new language. I can share my own experience and tips with you to help you start communicating and understanding as quickly as possible.
I was also working as a senior trainer at a top Chinese company. My role was to turn complex product info into easy, engaging lessons for our sales teams. With my working experience, I can also share tips on working in China and what Chinese companies look for.

Wanchen is really nice, she teaches me the language correctly and gently corrects me without scolding me when necessary for me to progress. She praises me a lot when I succeed. She first teaches the most important things and then the harder ones. Even what seems complicated, Wanchen explains it, and it immediately seems clearer.Mila
