About me

Hi guys! I was raised in Japan and America, so I speak English and Japanese. I aim to create relaxed and friendly lessons where you can enjoy learning at your own pace.😺 If you're practicing conversation, or just trying to sound more natural, I’ll tailor the lessons to your goals and pace! I’m also currently learning Korean, so I understand how challenging it can be to learn a new language. I’ll do my best to support you and make the process enjoyable.

I have experience teaching English to friends and neighbors in my community. Through these sessions, I discovered how much I enjoy supporting others in their language journey, and it inspired me to become an online tutor.

English is spoken by about 18% of the world’s population, so learning it opens the door to communicating with millions of people around the globe.

And if you’re interested in learning Japanese, I teach that as well. I can help you with basic phrases, conversation, or sounding more natural in Japanese.

I was a little nervous for my first online English conversation, but Mischa was very kind and gentle, and thanks to that, I was able to have a very enjoyable lesson! The fact that she is a native Japanese speaker is also very helpful for Japanese learners!

Mischa is a native speaker of both English and Japanese, so he can respond to questions in Japanese without any issues! He is a very kind teacher who continues to address questions even after the lesson time has passed! :)
