My name is Emilie, I'm French and I currently live in Portugal, after moving from the Paris region. I practiced as a lawyer in France for nearly 14 years before shifting to the tourism sector, as I have a passion for travel and languages.

Since my student years, when I was already giving private lessons, I've always loved sharing knowledge and helping others progress. Today, I support my children in their studies at an international school, and I would like to offer my help to other learners, especially in the French language, a subject I am passionate about (I even obtained a literary baccalaureate).

I want to assist those who wish to learn or improve their French, whether for school, travel, work, or simply to feel more comfortable in the language. I am patient, attentive, and I enjoy adapting my methods to meet each individual's needs. I have a literary background (literary baccalaureate) and a university degree in Law (with the CAPA), which led me to practice as a lawyer for nearly 14 years in France. This experience allowed me to develop great rigor, an excellent command of the French language (both written and spoken), and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.

Since my studies, I have always been drawn to sharing knowledge. I taught private lessons during my university years, and today, I regularly help my children who are enrolled in an international school with their learning. My method is based on kindness, listening, and adapting to the specific needs of each student. I prioritize a lively and interactive approach, using varied materials according to each person's level and goals. I can also offer more academic support, particularly in grammar, spelling, writing, or exam preparation. While I do not have an official teaching certification (like FLE), I rely on a solid general knowledge, an excellent command of the French language, and a genuine passion for teaching.
