Hi, I´m Georgie, I am an experienced educator with a background in both mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings, as well as adult learning.

After earning my degree in Education, I moved into the business world, where I supported struggling businesses achieve profitability through team development and operational excellence. I then went on to build and lead multiple high-performing teams, always focused on growth, development, and continuous improvement.

Teaching has always been at the heart of what I do—whether in classrooms or corporate environments.

My approach is supportive, engaging, and tailored to each learner’s needs. Outside of teaching, I enjoy painting, scuba diving, and exploring new places—bringing creativity and curiosity into every thing that I do.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Education Studies from the University of Reading, with a specialism in Adult Learning and Psychology. My academic background has given me a strong foundation in how people learn, particularly adults and those with additional educational needs. This insight has shaped both my teaching philosophy and the practical strategies I use to engage learners of all levels.

Over the past several years, I have gained hands-on teaching experience in mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, as well as adult education settings. This has allowed me to adapt my teaching style to meet diverse learning needs and support students with a range of abilities and backgrounds.

My lessons are learner-centered, focusing on building confidence, encouraging critical thinking, and applying knowledge to real-life contexts.

After completing my degree, I transitioned into the business world, where I used my skills in education, coaching, and operational excellence to train and develop staff, build multiple high-performing teams, and support both my teams professional and personal growth in challenging environments. This unique blend of experience means I bring both academic understanding and practical, results-driven methods to my teaching.
