Hi there! My name is Lucia, and I'm a native Italian teacher with more than two years of experience as a tutor. I speak fluent English (B2/C1) and Spanish (C1 level). I hold a degree in Psychology, which allows me to support my students emotionally, helping them develop self-esteem, motivation, and a sense of self-efficacy.

I am currently attending the Master Degree in Applied Dynamic and Clinical Psychology.

I decided to join this amazing community to combine my two biggest passions: teaching and traveling.

I've taught for two years in various schools in Milan, working with children and teenagers, many of whom have special needs like ADHD and autism. After that, I taught basic Spanish lessons to children, teenagers, and adult immigrants at a reception center in Las Palmas. Additionally, in Spain I have taught Italian informally to friends and colleagues.

I offer lessons to children, teenagers and adults, including students with special educational needs.

My lessons are fully personalized based on each person’s level, interests, goals, and learning styles.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner, whether you want to focus on grammar or prefer practicing conversation, you will find lessons tailored just for you. For beginners, however, it will be necessary to include some grammar lessons to build a solid foundation.

To explain grammar, I use visual images that help develop photographic memory.

To practice it, I propose written and interactive exercises, but above all oral activities: I will ask you to create sentences, and we will have structured conversations on the topic covered.

You will learn new vocabulary through the use of visual images or real-life contexts, both written and spoken.

I use role play and dynamic teaching tools to facilitate learning and help you use Italian in real situations, such as at a restaurant, while traveling, during informal conversations, or in a job interview.
