I'm Will, a native British English speaker and Business English coach specialising in B2 and above professionals who want to feel completely natural and confident with native speakers.

My background sets me apart from most coaches on LearnZone. Before teaching, I spent 7+ years in senior roles in Customer Success across SaaS, FinTech, and enterprise software — working directly with C-suite stakeholders, managing international client relationships, and navigating the high-stakes business situations my students face every day. I came from the corporate world, not a classroom.

Outside of work I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, and good coffee.

I've delivered 800+ lessons to professionals at all levels — from early-career hires to senior managers, directors and executives — across technology, finance, professional services, consulting and engineering. Sessions are open to career-focused adults aged 18 and above.

My background isn't in traditional language teaching. I spent seven years in senior SaaS, FinTech and enterprise roles before moving into coaching, which means I have genuine first-hand experience of the business environments my students are working in. That's the foundation of how I teach.

My approach is entirely needs-based. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your role, your industry and the specific situations where you want to perform better. From there, sessions are built around what's actually relevant to you — presentations, negotiations, client calls, stakeholder messaging, written communication, or the kind of natural fluency and informal expression that textbooks rarely cover.

My background is in senior SaaS, FinTech and enterprise roles, so I'm familiar with the industries and situations most of my students are dealing with — banking, software, pharma, logistics, engineering, diplomacy.
