Hi there! I'm Shiho. I was born and raised in Japan. I majored in Human Sciences for my bachelor's degree and Regional Studies for my master's. I speak Japanese (native level), and I can hold a conversation in English and Spanish. My hobbies include yoga, hiking, and traveling. I'm really interested in different cultures, and I find joy in expanding my world by understanding things that are different from my own.

I have experience teaching beginner and intermediate Japanese classes to young people aged 12 to 29 in Mexico City. In the beginner class, I taught hiragana and katakana, while in the intermediate class, I focused on kanji and grammar with the goal of passing the JLPT N5/N4. I can teach Japanese while incorporating a bit of Spanish or English.

In our trial lesson, let's clarify your motivation and goals for learning Japanese, and together we'll figure out the lesson content while checking your individual level. For those at an advanced level, I'll ask about your weaknesses and what you want to strengthen, and I'll provide advice to help you get closer to native-level proficiency.
