My passion for teaching Turkish started when giving Turkish lessons to children in holiday villages. In this process, I took care to teach Turkish culture as well as grammar and speech practice. Also, I regularly give Turkish lessons to my adult friends from different countries such as England and Germany. This experience improved my ability to address all age groups.
My teaching method aims to provide customized courses according to the needs of the student. I make classes fun with audio and audiovisual materials, and develop speaking, listening and writing skills in a balanced way. My aim is to ensure that my students can use Turkish comfortably in their daily lives.

Zümra is an excellent teacher. Language material is well structured so learning grammar is easy step by step, with lots of exercises and examples. Speaking practice prepares for real life situations and conversations. She has positive mindset, patience and prepares interesting and engaging lessons. Learning Turkish with Zümra was a great decision for me.

Zümra is a wonderful teacher. She is kind, understanding, and makes learning fun and interesting. She seems to really love her job and definitely cares a lot about her students. Zümra assigns useful homework, adapts her lessons to your pace and also sometimes even your mood :) and even when it is hard, she makes you speak in Turkish! I just finished my thirtieth lesson and I can't wait to do 30 more with her.Jacqueline
