Hi there, I’m Dorothea, and German is my native language. I discovered my love for teaching early on when I helped my younger siblings with their homework. That’s when I realized how much joy I get from sharing knowledge and supporting others in their learning journey.

During my school years, I was the top student in my class and always helped my classmates when they faced challenges. This commitment motivated me to teach young people German – whether they are beginners or looking to deepen their skills.

Besides teaching, I’m also eager to learn and enjoy discovering new things.

I have some experience in teaching, both with younger students and peers during my studies. I’ve helped them understand the material better and prepare specifically for exams. I have tried out lots of tutors until I found Dorothea. With her lessons you build up not only the confidence to speak but more importantly, learn to speak German accurately.
