Frank is a great tutor. He is personable and extremely encouraging. He takes his students learning goals seriously and gives them lots of chances to speak and practice. He also balances the encouragement and praise with meaningful corrections--not so much that the student is overwhelmed, but enough valuable correction that the student grows.
