I have three years of tutoring experience and decades of writing experience. Generally speaking, I break my lessons into two parts. During the first part, I bring up a lesson on my screen, share it with the student, and then the student and I read through the lesson, then do an exercise. Next, the student and I do some writing together on Google documents. During these writing sessions, I focus on grammar, composition, and style, correcting errors wherever I find them and making suggestions.
