Hi, I’m Tomoko.

I’m from Tokyo and live in a cozy, traditional neighborhood near Sensoji Temple and Tokyo Skytree.

Before becoming a Japanese teacher, I worked as a facilities coordinator at a global company.

I studied in the U.S. for one year and spent two years in Australia on a Working Holiday visa, working while traveling across the country🇺🇸🇦🇺 Living abroad helped me understand both the challenges and the excitement of learning a new language.

I love traveling. I’ve visited 🇰🇷🇪🇸🇲🇦🇹🇭🇮🇩🇸🇬🇹🇼🇻🇳 and counting!
