About me
I have been teaching Mathematics for the IB Diploma Program since 2014. I also teach IB MYP, IGCSE Mathematics. Currently,I am teaching Mathematics Analysis and Approaches SL and Mathematics Applications and Interpretations SL. I speacislize in the teaching of AA SL and AI SL.
I am also an examiner for IB Diploma Mathematics : Internal Assessments and Paper 2 .I have valuable insights from my examining experience which can benefit my students.
I have more than 10 years of teaching experience. I have attended Category1 , Category 3 workshops for IB Diploma Mathematics. I have marked numerous scripts and projects for IB and focus on marking schemes while teaching so that the students are clear on what the expectations are. I focus on the key mathematical concepts and build upon those concepts further. The stronger the base and more the clarity in using basic mathematics, the better the students can grasp further concepts.
My students tell me i am the most non conventional mathematics teacher, "when we see you it does not seem to us that you teach math, you are so nice"

Anam is a fantastic mathematics tutor. As an IB Year 1 student who has struggled significantly with mathematics, I have found her support incredibly valuable. She explains concepts in a clear and patient way, creating a learning environment where I never feel stressed or discouraged when I don’t understand something. She is always willing to go over topics multiple times until I fully grasp them. Anam is both patient and persistent, and it’s clear that she genuinely wants her students to succeed. She is also highly organized and very responsive, if I ever need to reschedule or adjust a lesson, she does her best to accommodate it. Amazing math tutoring experience! Her explanations are always clear, patient, and easy to understand. She also provides past exam questions which are really helpful. I have been teaching Mathematics for IB since 2014. I teach DP and MYP Mathematics students at an IB School. I was appointed as an examiner for IB DP Mathematics in 2017. I have marked serveral scripts including papers and internal assessments for IB DP. I am also a candidate for becoming an IB Math Workshop Leader.
GCSE Math
I have several years of teaching experience with IGCSE Mathematics. I work on building the concepts of students and helping them practice mathematical skills they acquire.
