To communicate naturally with Japanese people, everyday language is essential.

🤔 Can you understand a weather forecast? (Do you know words beyond “sunny,” “rainy,” “cloudy,” and “snowy”?)

🤔 Can you explain a cooking process in Japanese? (Even the names of cooking tools are often overlooked!)

These were actually blind spots for me as well when I was learning English and German.

If you want to enjoy conversations with Japanese people, the best way is to learn the kind of language that appears in everyday life. However, most textbooks tend to focus either on formal topics or travel phrases.

In my lessons, you will learn:

✅ Practical grammar through topics you might casually talk about with Japanese friends at a café

✅ Everyday vocabulary and real-life systems that all Japanese people, children and adults alike, are familiar with

✅ Modern topics and expressions that are commonly heard on social media

I incorporate content that you won’t usually find in standard textbooks, along with plenty of speaking practice.

These lessons are especially recommended for intermediate to advanced learners, but since I create customized lessons for each student, beginners are of course very welcome too 😊

These are closed sessions for your group only, you will not be paired with other students.

Even if your family members live apart, you can still take lessons together online!✨

For the first month, the standard individual rate applies due to the platform system.

From the next renewal, group pricing can be arranged based on the number of participants, offering a more cost-effective option per person.

【My Background】

I began my teaching career in 2010, providing English lessons to Japanese learners.

I studied linguistics and foreign languages (English and German) at university, and after graduating, I studied abroad in the UK and Germany. I also hold a qualification as a Japanese language teacher.

In 2019, I taught Japanese at a senior high school in Taiwan, where I gained valuable classroom teaching experience. After returning to Japan, I transitioned to online teaching, which I continue to focus on today 😊

Japanese is quite different from many other languages, so it may feel surprising at first. In fact, for Japanese people as well, languages like English or German (and even Chinese!) can feel very difficult.

However, by continuing over the long term, I was able to reach a level where I can use foreign languages professionally.

That’s why in my lessons, I focus not only on making them fun, but also on ensuring they are engaging, no stress, and full of new discoveries every time.
