About me
Hi! My name is Bia and I'm a Portuguese native.
I've always loved teaching and learning new things, especially languages. I believe that learning a new language is a gift, and I would love to share that with you!
My teaching approach will be adapted to you and your needs! I've trained in theatre for 5 years, which gave me the tools needed to teach about projection, diction and pronunciation.
Besides that, you will learn all there is to know about Portuguese, such as vocabulary, expressions, grammar, pronouns, prefixes, verb conjugation, and I'll also be sharing a bit about our culture! I can also help preparing for CAPLE exams (level A1 (ACESSO); A2 (CIPLE) e B1 (DEPLE).
I would like to teach you as much as I can and as much as you want to. I want you to have fun and feel comfortable to ask whatever you want, and still be able to learn the language! LET'S GO!

I worked with Bea to prepare for my CIPLE exam and she helped take my Portuguese knowledge from zero to passing the CIPLE. She could analyze my strengths and weaknesses and tailor lessons accordingly. I couldn't have passed the CIPLE without her help, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn Portuguese!!

I loved learning with Bea! She makes challenging topics feel easy and approachable. Her kind and calm teaching style helps you gain confidence as you learn. I have my CIPLE exam coming up, and she has provided me with excellent materials and guidance to prepare. Overall, she’s a fantastic teacher, and I highly recommend her!
