Hi there! I'm McKenzie, an English native living abroad now for the past four years.

My career began in the medical field, which built a strong foundation in discipline, precision, and critical thinking. I later transitioned into education to pursue my passion for communication and helping others learn and grow and have been doing so for 6+ years.

My international career began in Asia four years ago, where I have supported learners across multiple countries in improving their English skills to enhance both career opportunities and everyday communication. Living and working in different countries has given me a deep understanding of intercultural communication and the challenges of expressing oneself and being understood in a foreign language.

Currently, I'm based in Indonesia, where, I teach in person at International and Local schools as well as online. I truly enjoy helping others progress: assisting people in gaining confidence and feeling more comfortable with what they're learning.

I have worked with all ages including young children. My qualifications include Bachelors degree in Science and Associates in early education and communications. I also have an 120-hour TEFL certification with continuous education advancements.

Having spent many years in international environments, I completely understand what it feels like to communicate in a language that isn't your own.

Today, I support those who want to become more fluent and speak more naturally in English.

My classes focus on conversation and grammar to help you gain fluency and express yourself more spontaneously and efficiently in English. If you already have some basics and want to improve your pronunciation, grammar, accent neutralization or just build more confidence in speaking, I would be delighted to assist you.

We'll work with exchanges and expressions commonly used by native speakers, all in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Speaking a new language can sometimes feel challenging, but with the right guidance, it becomes much more natural. My goal is to help you gain confidence and feel more at ease on your English journey through tailored conversations and corrections.
