🇦🇷 WELCOME TO MY PROFILE

Hello! My name is Emanuel, and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I speak Rioplatense Spanish, the variety of Spanish spoken in Buenos Aires and Montevideo. It's a very particular, expressive, and musical form of the language, with its own unique characteristics that distinguish it from other variants.

I greatly enjoy sharing my culture and language with my students, and I love that they give me the opportunity to learn about theirs.

I help beginner students learn Spanish from scratch in a clear, engaging, and confident way, so they can communicate naturally in real-life situations.

I also offer conversation classes for those who already have some knowledge and want to continue practicing the language to maintain and improve their fluency.

🧉 A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Besides teaching Spanish, I'm passionate about culture (history, philosophy, literature, architecture, and photography) and nature (birdwatching).

I enjoy wandering through the city at a leisurely pace, discovering interesting places and people, chatting with my friends, and taking lots of photos. I'm a bit of a flâneur, in short.

I also love to cook, and I can't live without a good extra virgin olive oil in my kitchen.

I love talking about almost anything and learning new things every day.

🎓 MY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

In 2023, I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Buenos Aires, specializing in public international law and environmental law. During my university studies, I took courses in various fields: law, history, philosophy, sociology, and semiotics; and I perfected my English with a native English tutor in Buenos Aires.

That same year, I began teaching Spanish at LearnZone, and I have been teaching students from all over the world for over two years now with great satisfaction. This experience has allowed me to learn about different cultures, new ways of thinking, and enjoy interacting with people very different from myself.

📒 MY CLASSES

- Spanish from Scratch: If you've never studied Spanish before, we'll start with a solid and practical foundation so you can understand and use the language from the very first lessons. You'll progress step by step and with confidence.

- Conversational Spanish: If you already have some knowledge, we'll practice speaking about topics of interest to you, to improve your fluency, expand your vocabulary, and gain confidence in communicating.

🧩 MY TEACHING METHOD

- Vocabulary: You will learn words, phrases, and expressions that will allow you to express ideas, thoughts, and feelings.

- Theoretical Grammar: You will understand the rules and structures of Spanish, how they work, and their exceptions, so you can create meaningful sentences. This includes semantics (the meaning of words), morphology (how words are formed), phonology (how words are pronounced), spelling (how words are written), and syntax (how words are combined).

- Practical Grammar: You will learn to use Spanish in real-life situations. We will use a wide variety of exercises to practice what you have learned and answer any questions.

- Gamification: You will practice in a participatory, fun, and emotionally positive way, with games, trivia, riddles, and crossword puzzles that increase motivation and make learning more enjoyable.

- Independent Practice: You will have activities to complete outside of class, which will help you reinforce and consolidate the content covered together.
