Attention to details, positive vibes/attitude, sometimes laugher :), willingness to help - all this creates an atmosphere that drives your progress. We're practicing conversations, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary. I wasn't an absolute beginner. 4th lesson has gone and I feel my confidence in speaking has increased.
