For adult learners who want structured, clear German — and a first lesson that gives you immediate orientation and

calm.

Hello, I'm Marko. Native German speaker, also raised in Italian. Over the past 30 years, I've taught German to

professionals, university candidates, and adults preparing for Goethe, TestDaF, telc, ÖSD, and DSH.

My students reach the level they need at their own pace. Lessons are warm, structured, and built around how German

actually works — so speaking starts to come naturally.

I work with adults, university students, and motivated teenagers from 12+. We start with where you are now, agree on a

clear next step, and build from there.

If you have a deadline — an exam, a job, a residency application — I help you plan backwards from it. If you have no

deadline, we move at the pace that keeps the work enjoyable and consistent.

Three decades of teaching German across the full range: conversational, exam preparation (Goethe, TestDaF, telc, ÖSD,

DSH), business communication, and academic support.

My approach is structured, supportive, and practical. Instead of overwhelming you with rules, I show you the

underlying logic so the language starts to make sense from the inside.

I've always struggled with learning languages and German is no exception. Marko brings a unique and innovative approach to language learning: He combines multiple tools and approaches i.e. digital, mental, immersive, joy-based, NLP; He personalises the approach to suit the student; It's clear he spends a lot of time before each lesson preparing the material which is bespoke to me and the lesson. In just a few weeks I've made significant progress and continue to learn with him. Above all he is very friendly, empathetic and focuses on understanding individual barriers and solutions that work. (My immediate target is A2 written/reading and B1 speaking/listening to pass an integration test. My longer term target is B2/C1)

Marko explains grammatical rules in a profound and understandable way. He adjusts the lesson times to fit the students. Marko showed which apps are useful for learning. He explains in detail where the mistakes are in the students' written texts.
