About me
I am a passionate Arabic teacher on learnzone. I can tailor a wide variety of packages according to your needs, starting with foundation Arabic courses, passing through Arabic for specific purposes (Arabic for media, business, and academic purposes), and all the way to Qur’an recitation. To assist you in achieving your goals I'll call on my experience as an educator in both universities and public schools. Let's start!
I have been armed with a number of important qualifications in the field of education, such as a master's degree in education from Ain Shams University in Cairo, CELTA, and a functional certificate in teaching Arabic to speakers of other languages from the American University in Cairo CCTAFL. In addition, I am a graduate of Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Education- Department of English, not to mention that I am a native speaker of Arabic, so I can certainly help you to improve.

I’ve been learning Arabic with Akram for around 13 hour-long lessons now, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference in how I’m learning. What I appreciate most is how he connects reading, writing, speaking and listening, they all feed into each other in his lessons. For example, we might read something, then write parts of it, then use it in conversation, so it actually sticks. It feels much more natural and a lot more effective than treating each skill separately. He has high standards, but it comes from a place of wanting you to improve properly. He’ll correct you, push you a bit, and make sure you understand, but always in a constructive way. It’s not passive learning, and that’s why it works. He’s clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and he explains things in a way that makes sense without overcomplicating it. He also expects a level of commitment, which I think is important if you actually want to progress. He’s reliable, he has good availability, and makes it easy to stay consistent. I’d definitely recommend Akram, especially if you’re serious about learning Arabic in a structured and meaningful way.Youssef

My specialties
Arabic for beginners
I can start teaching you Arabic at the beginner level, where you will learn the letters of the alphabet in their separate or connected form and their proper pronunciation. From there, we can move on to the simple words and expressions, before finishing with some basic sentences and structures.
Conversational Arabic
The best way to learn conversation in Arabic is by practice. We will practice together along with providing you with some conversation essentials with a specific timetable.
Quran
As an Azhari graduate, I have studied the Holy Qur’an from an early age, both verbally and in writing. Praise be to God, I can transfer this knowledge to anyone who wishes to learn the basics of the Holy Qur’an or the Arabic language for Islamic studies in general.
Arabic for children
It is known that the best age to learn the Arabic language or any language in general is under the age of six years, so the earlier the age, the better the learning process. I will inculcate the basic information for learning the Arabic language in your son/daughter so that your child will be able to speak fluently.
Intensive Arabic
