Hello.

My name is Martin and I have been tutoring for many years now. I am from the UK and am passionate about languages and learning more about culture. I have lived in six countries in my life and have had the wonderful opportunity to learn Korean and I currently live in South Korea.

In my spare time, I like to play my tenor saxophone and also play with a band. I enjoy reading, listening to music, writing, as well as cooking various food.

I have taught many students from a range of countries for over 20 years. I have prepared many students for the IELTS examination for entry to universities around the world. I hold a BA (Hons) Degree, a CELTA, a Diploma in language teaching, an MA, as well as a young learner extension certificate. I teach a variety of courses ranging from IELTS preparation to business communication skills.

My teaching focuses on communication, speaking and developing student confidence with their second language. I also support students with their IELTS writing tasks and offer assistance where necessary.

Many of my students have achieved success with their English and I have been involved with teaching high profile individuals and clients. Students of my courses have continued their studies or achieved academic success.
