Hello there,

I'm a journalist currently writing articles and interviews for Tygodnik Solidarność. I started working as a tutor 5 years ago when a friend asked me to teach him Russian, and since then, I've been helping anyone interested in mastering this beautiful language.

I take an individual approach with each student. In my practice, I don't focus mainly on literature because I know how hard it can be to concentrate on hundreds of unfamiliar words. That's why, after just the second class, I start slowly conversing with the student in the foreign language. Sometimes, I prepare various presentations related to Russian culture, trends, and traditions. I send recordings, and sometimes we write small quizzes just to check the student's current level.

Valeria is a wonderful teacher with an excellent approach to learning. In classes, her level of knowledge and preparation for the lesson is always felt. She explains clearly and accessibly, quickly noticing mistakes and helping to overcome them. Through our joint efforts and hard work over the course of a year, starting from absolute zero, I passed the state exam at the B2 level. Now I am studying at a Polish university and, constantly communicating with Poles, I do not feel a colossal language barrier. I have always recommended lessons with Valeria to my friends, and I recommend them to you too :)

I have been taking lessons for 10 sessions now and I can confidently say that my zero level of Polish is slowly but surely moving forward :) I want to highlight the thoroughness and systematic approach with which the material is presented. The lessons are extremely constructive, and Valeriya Vladimirovna tactfully and stoically addresses all the mistakes I continue to make during the learning process, correcting me at the right moments :) I truly feel progress, and I am confident that I will be able to master the Polish language to a sufficient degree!

A wonderful teacher. Time flies by unnoticed, as the lessons are incredibly interesting. The structured approach to explaining the rules makes understanding much easier. Valeria always notices and correctly corrects pronunciation mistakes.

I have had more than 10 lessons with Valeria. She is a wonderful teacher, exactly what I needed. The structured presentation of knowledge (with diagrams and tables) suits me very well. Everything we study in lessons is always accessible. Any rules, even the simplest ones, are explained with all the nuances. The homework is extensive and varied - just what is needed to learn and master the basic structures to the point of automation. Pronunciation mistakes are patiently but persistently corrected until you pronounce everything correctly :) I have noticed that I understand Polish speech better, I am starting to speak, and, most importantly, I am being understood. I will definitely continue my lessons with Valeria.

Hello everyone! I have been studying with Valeria for more than 2 months. The presentation and explanation of the material are consistent and constructive, yet at the same time, they are as accessible as possible for understanding. You can feel the individual approach to each student. The classes are conducted in a dialogue and interactive mode, which makes you feel at ease. A huge advantage is the intermediate control tests, which further contribute to the consolidation of the material covered. Others don't have this (believe me, I know). Valeria, once again, thank you very much for your significant contribution to my progress in learning the Polish language!

I have been studying Polish with Valeria for over two months now and can confidently recommend her as a teacher to those who are focused on results. Among the many diverse materials she has, Valeria always selects exactly what is needed for each specific student and willingly explains everything that remains unclear. I especially appreciate her responsibility: lessons always take place exactly at the scheduled time, which allows me to organize my schedule without difficulties. For me, a huge plus is the opportunity to receive quite extensive homework assignments (I prefer more practice), which helps to internalize new knowledge — this is extremely important when learning an unfamiliar language. I understand that I am only at the very beginning of my journey, but the approach and pace of lessons with Valeria instill confidence that in some time I will be able to master the Polish language to the necessary extent and use it to achieve my goals.
