About me

I specialise in creative writing, grammar, literature, Business, conversational and colloquial speech structure. Slang is also an option.

I am a French native speaker (Paris). I hold a BA in Business studies (London), have over 10 years of experience in Business at an international level. I am certified in Arabic (SOAS University), in Japanese (JLPT) and in Italian (DALI).

I am also a Data & Business Analyst using R/[Python and I enjoy teaching the use of it from scratch to higher levels.

I have taught on one-on-one basis languages for several years with great feedback and have developed over the years interesting tools and habits to make vocabulary stick and grow by the days. I will be more than happy sharing it with you.

During your first lesson, I will evaluate your level through a friendly conversation. We will then define your goals, and I will tailor accordingly the appropriate program you need to follow in order to achieve your objectives. Ressources will also be provided all along and I will be more than happy to integrate your chosen materials into your studying plan.

I am patient, helpful, enthusiastic about teaching, and dedicated to keep you motivated.

Dorian is a very competent and well-prepared teacher. His teaching method is effective, as he knows how to balance theoretical explanations and moments of exchange, which makes his classes clear and dynamic. He conveys concepts with rigor while remaining accessible. He is a serious and committed professional, whom I recommend without hesitation.

Highly recommended! I studied French with Dorian starting from scratch, and he was able to understand my needs and guide me lesson by lesson, at my own pace, in a professional and constructive manner, constantly observing my progress. The lessons were varied and always different, from grammar to dialogues to conversation as we progressed with my level. All of this was always accompanied by his friendliness, making everything enjoyable and fun. Thank you, Dorian! It was a pleasure!

There was a really good choice of content in the first lesson which kept me engaged and motivated.

Dorian is always so helpful in our sessions. He always offers grest resources as well. He makes sessions fun and interesting. He tailors the session to the topics I want to learn/discuss.

Learning French with Dorian for 9 months has been an inspirational experience. I've learned important grammer, new vocabulary,pronunciation and much more. My skills in writing, reading and listening have improved consistently. Merci infiniment Dorian for being an excellent professeur!

Dorian is an excellent, motivating and inspiring teacher. I really enjoyed my French classes with him. I have learnt a lot from him not only pronunciation and grammar but French culture as well. My French improved a lot while I was learning with him.
