Being a native speaker, Hindi conversations come naturally to me. I tend to encourage my students to increase their Hindi speaking aptitude as the quickest way to learn a language is to speak it frequently.

In my 23 years of teaching I have largely come across students who wish to learn Hindi as a foreign language. It is one of my absolute teaching pleasures to watch new students progress as they learn, and realize their language goals.

My passion for teaching found its roots when I began tutoring school students. Teaching children is an experience that I cherish, and I tailor my lessons to each kid to ensure that learning is an enjoyable experience for them too.

As one of the most spoken languages in the world, Hindi is a language that not only deserves respect but also our attention, due to its historical significance and its impact on our world's culture. Discussing the language and my culture with academics, is an aspect of my teaching that I constantly look forward to.

Years of experience in the translation of varied business documents (government, educational, official and personal) have enabled me to assist the business Hindi needs of my students. I've also translated a published Hindi learning book, and the experience gained from it has been valuable to my teaching process.

Hindi literature is an essential knowledge component to better understand a large part of Indian culture and its traditions. Based on the interest of my students (kids and adults), I often use examples of our history and traditions to help explain the language, while keeping the sessions interesting.
