Hallo, mijn naam is Umar, professioneel docent Wiskunde en online wiskunde docent die werkt met studenten van elke klas tot K-12. Ik heb een masterdiploma in Wiskunde en ben momenteel bezig met mijn PhD, met de focus op het helpen van studenten om concepten echt te begrijpen in plaats van stappen te memoriseren.
Ik heb meer dan 7 jaar onderwijservaring. Mijn onderwijsmethodologie is studentgericht en samenwerkend. Ik richt me op het begrijpen van hoe elke student denkt, het identificeren van hiaten in het begrip en samen werken aan het ontwikkelen van duidelijke en effectieve probleemoplossingsstrategieën. Mijn doel is om leren in wiskunde toegankelijk, boeiend en productief te maken, zodat studenten zich gemotiveerd en capabel voelen.
