Ik ben Isaac, een vijfdejaars student Data Science en Wiskunde aan de Universiteit van Ottawa (9,78/10 GPA) en een data-analist met meer dan twee jaar professionele ervaring in de federale overheid. Wanneer ik niet aan het studeren of werken ben, vind je me tennis spelen, gewichten heffen of nieuwe talen leren. Ik spreek vloeiend Frans en Engels en ben ook behoorlijk goed in Spaans!

Ik geef al drie jaar les met meer dan 350 uur één-op-één sessies op mijn naam. Ik werk met middelbare scholieren en universitaire studenten in wiskunde. Ik kan de lessen in het Frans of Engels geven, afhankelijk van wat voor jou het meest natuurlijk aanvoelt.

Isaac is een geweldige tutor. Hij legt de inhoud stap voor stap uit, waarbij hij concepten opsplitst in gemakkelijk te begrijpen ideeën. Ik volg momenteel Calculus en hij heeft me enorm geholpen om het materiaal dat ik moeilijk vond te begrijpen, evenals het aanbieden van aanvullend materiaal voor verdere oefening. Zeer aan te raden.

Analyse (wiskunde)

Fifth-year Mathematics and Data Science student at the University of Ottawa with a 9.78/10 GPA. Over three years and 350+ hours of one-on-one tutoring, calculus has been one of my most requested subjects; from first-year university students panicking before finals to high schoolers building their foundation. I help students develop real intuition for the material before diving into mechanics, so the formulas actually make sense.

Wiskunde voor IB

My strong university mathematics background (9.78/10 GPA across coursework in calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and more) makes me well-equipped to support IB Math students at both SL and HL levels. With three years of tutoring experience, I know how to adapt to the IB's emphasis on conceptual understanding and mathematical communication.

Functions come up in every tutoring session I run, regardless of the subject. With three years and 350+ hours of experience, I've seen every misconception students have about function notation, transformations, composition, and inverses; and I know exactly how to address them clearly and patiently.

Driehoeksmeetkunde

Trigonometry is one of those subjects where students either memorize and forget, or actually understand; I aim for the latter. With 350+ hours of tutoring experience and a strong university math background, I help students move beyond the unit circle by memory to seeing how trig connects to the bigger picture of mathematics.

Ap calculus

With 350+ hours of tutoring experience and a university mathematics background, I've guided students through the full AP Calculus curriculum: limits, derivatives, integrals, and series. I focus on exam strategy alongside content, helping students know not just how to solve problems but which approach to reach for under pressure.

Pre-calculus

In my three years and 350+ hours of tutoring, pre-calculus students are some of my favourites to work with. This is where the foundation either gets built or stays broken, and I've helped many students finally fill the gaps that were holding them back, arriving at calculus feeling genuinely ready for the first time.
