I've been teaching professional adults for over ten years, helping them to better connect with their Russian-speaking partners and colleagues.

I majored in German literature and comparative studies, and since then, I've been helping my students find their favorite Russian book, be it a short folk tale for beginners, a story by Chekhov or Bulgakov for intermediate students, or a solid volume by Dostoyevsky or Tolstoy for advanced students. We can also talk about movies and popular podcasts, and even read poetry together! I'm sure you can share with me your thoughts on Russian literature and what you like in your own culture. This can be fun, motivating, and educational for both of us.
