This man has the patience of a saint. River does a good job making you feel comfortable in class. I hate trying to speak Korean in front of someone, but he makes sure to keep it lighthearted and fun so that I feel less awkward. He also does a good job of picking different reading materials/texbooks and giving real-world examples to help me make the necessary connections to meet my personal goals. River has a more laidback approach to teaching which helps to keep the anxiety at bay while keeping me engaged in class. I've been taking classes with him for almost a year and he is always encouraging when I get frustrated with my own performance. I cannot recommend River enough.Tibor

River is truly a wonderful tutor! 😍 He is incredibly kind, helpful and supportive, and always takes his time to explain everything in detail. I've been taking classes with him for 10 months now, ever since I was a complete beginner with no background knowledge at all, and my Korean has improved a lot over time 🥹 The lessons are always very fun and enjoyable, and it feels really great to have a tutor who always supports and hypes you up a lot 😁 In short: if you're looking for a teacher, who'll kindly and carefully guide you through your Korean learning journey and will boost your confidence, River is definitely the one! 😊
