Hello! I’m Sol. I studied foreign language education in Korea, completed my master’s in education at Université Paris 8 in France, and am currently pursuing a PhD in education at the same university.

I was born and grew up in a neighborhood with a large migrant population in Seoul, which naturally sparked my interest in diverse cultures and languages ! My own experiences with learning foreign languages and living abroad allow me effectively to guide you in your Korean language learning journeys. Whether you’re completely new to Korean or have been learning it for over a decade, I design lessons tailored to your needs and level.

I love meeting diverse people, dancing, and swimming in the sea. Most of all, I love giving fun and engaging Korean lessons :) I speak Korean, French, and English !

The key to learning a foreign language as an adult is to use your native language as a tool, which is therefore also the core of my teaching method !

Since 2013, I have taught Korean to various students in private/group lessons, public and alternative schools, and universities. My experience learning foreign languages such as English, French, Japanese, Russian, and German enables me to understand your Korean learning journey more deeply and guide you effectively.

And I work as a model in fashion/advertising, which may explain why my students often say my classes feel like a theatrical performance with so much fun ! 😊
