I've lived in France for about 3 years in total.

I love traveling in France and have been to places like Paris, Lyon, Annecy, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, and Dijon! 😊 I especially love the Alps! ❤️

When I was in university, I studied abroad in Grenoble for a year! 🫶✨

I've also studied abroad in Montreal! 🇨🇦

I enjoy language learning and majored in French at a Japanese university. Back then, I thought I could speak if I studied every day, but even after 3 years, I still couldn't.

That was because I was scared of making mistakes in conversation and mostly focused on input without practicing speaking.

However, during my study abroad in France, I met someone I could trust and talk to about anything. Even though I struggled to communicate with locals, just by continuing to talk with that one person every day, I was able to have smooth conversations in just a few months.

And by being able to speak the language of that country, I became better at expressing myself and felt a deeper connection with the locals. You can communicate even without the language, but being able to communicate smoothly allows for deeper and more wonderful experiences beyond just the surface.

Having struggled so much with learning French, I truly understand your struggles. That's why I want to be more than just a teacher; I want to be your one and only friend, someone you can talk to about anything, like family. It's okay to make mistakes in front of me. Don't worry! And through our lessons, let's practice speaking a lot, communicate in Japanese when you go to Japan, and have amazing experiences together.
