I have done Hiro's course for a month and started with 0 knowledge in speaking Japanese. After a month i feel as if im not just learning the words but understanding how to structure sentences and understanding the way to use the words. His course definitely pushes you in the best way possible to learn. I couldnt ask for a better teacher.

Hiro先生 is an excellent teacher! He does a great job dissecting the grammar you might have learned from textbooks and breaking it down into concepts that are easy to understand and helpful. Instead of relying on rote memorization, Hiro先生 actually breaks down each grammar point so you can comprehend the true meaning. His teaching has been invaluable in helping me overcome some Japanese language hurdles I've been stuck on. I’ve worked with Hiro for only a short while (as an absolute beginner, so I’m mostly comparing him with other tutors for a different language. Hiro is exceptionally prepared for both individual lessons and the broader overarching development of his students, is fluent in English and Japanese, explains concepts clearly, and is punctual. Hiro is an excellent tutor. In only three sessions, I have already got more of a grasp of the Japanese language than I expected I would have done at this early stage. I expected it to be more difficult and complicated, but Hiro breaks things down into easily digestible chunks that you can study and commit to memory in time for your next lesson. This approach leaves you very motivated to keep the progress going. I have no hesitation in giving Hiro my highest recommendation.
