Hi! I'm Yağmur. I'm from Turkey and currently living in İzmir. Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey into the Turkish language and culture? With over 5 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for education, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I'm also pursuing a master's degree in philosophy, which adds depth to my understanding of language and communication.

I hold a bachelor's degree in philosophy, and during my undergraduate years, I delved into pedagogy to hone my teaching skills. This educational journey has provided me with valuable insights into effective teaching methods and strategies. My career in education began in 2013, and I've taken on various roles, from being a language teacher to a guidance counselor, and later as an educational coordinator at a private high school. One of my primary motivations as a teacher is the opportunity to work with children. Kids aged 4 to 14 are an important part of my student community, and teaching them is a two-way learning process that continually inspires me.

I understand that learning a language can be challenging at times, and it's perfectly normal to feel that way. I also believe that success in language learning comes not from working excessively hard but from working consistently. I'll always be here to support you throughout our time together, but I also expect you to take care of your individual learning process.

I encourage you not to be afraid of making mistakes in our lessons. I understand that the first lessons can be stressful, and the fear of making mistakes can sometimes prevent full participation in the learning process. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable and confident to engage and learn.
