Klaus G.

My name is Klaus. I teach business topics like rhetoric for buyers and seller and techniques to present and negotiate with success.

I help companies to find and select the personnel they need and job applicants present themselves how to point out from competitors.

And I teach German which is my mother tongue.

I have studied electrical engineering (master) and have a second state examination to work as a techer in Germany (master).

In various positions and functions - as design engineer, in purchasing, in project management, in quality assurance, in sales and as managing director - I gained experience from made mistakes and trained my communication skills in German and English.

Today I pass on this knowledge and experience to my students and our customers from worldwide operating corporations.

In my professional life I have often switched sides - from the student side to the teacher side and then back to the student side.

Learning and teaching in business, the training of employees, has little in common with learning at schools and universities. Often, the gained knowledge and skills are worthless outside the school and university life.

The range of my students comprises young students from elementary, the youngest are 7 years old, to manager of international operating companies – it is important to me to have the full range of students.

When we learn together it is important to me, that the student

1. has sufficient motivation to reach the goal.

2. is willing to make mistakes.

3. likes the teacher! For the training with children this the most important criterion.
