About me
Hallo, my name is Francesca, I'm Italian from Rome, but currently living in Lebanon. I've been criminal lawyer for 10 years in Italy. When I moved to Lebanon I've got the Cedils certification from the University Ca' Foscari of Venice to teach Italian as second language. I have many interests and a quite eclectic style of life
I have 5 years of teaching experience as lecturer in Italian language in different Lebanese University, as private teacher and occasionally for the Italian Institute of culture.
In order to learn the language, I involve the student from the very beginning in real situations using a communicative and deductive approach. I know the difficulties that faces who learns a new language as I've learned no more at a young age French and Arabic.

Conversational Italian
I'm ready to have conversations in Italian for all levels and about a great variety of topics. Usually starting from analyzing a recent article of a journal or a scene of a movie. Or discussing about an interesting podcast or a you tube video.
Italian for beginners
I’ve been teaching Italian language at the university level A1 for 8 years. I utilize materials that privilege a communicative approach, introducing the student from the very beginning to the Italian language through videos, readings, audio and pictures and learning the grammar gradually and intuitively
Intensive Italian
in an intensive course (at least 3 lessons each week) I can help you to reach a level B1 according to the framework of the EU on the competences in the language in about 6 months
General Italian
according to the aims of the student I can focus on the listening, the writing and the oral production introducing a great variety of subjects and acquiring gradually new communicative skills, new vocabulary and grammar rules
Italian for children
I teach Italian to children through games, songs and video story telling. the child learns playing and the lesson has to be a very engaging joyful hour of playing. Teaching a language to children is as challenging as rewarding and I know very well being my self a mum of two little children who talk fluently four languages.

I studied law and I’ve been lawyer in Italy for 15 years. This, in addition with the education and the experience in teaching the language that I have gained later, helps me to understand and to be able to teach about the most technical readings and writings and to tailor a course that fits the real needs of the student
