I'm Jayashree Sankaran, a Doctorate [Ph.D] in Hindi Literature, from India. I’m a native Hindi speaker & was raised in West Bengal, India. Hindi being my native language, I developed a deep passion towards it right from my childhood. Owing to my keen interest in people interaction coupled with my love for Hindi, I decided to pursue my career as a Hindi instructor. I obtained my Bachelors degree in Psychology with the hope that it would help me understand people better, as a major part of my career would involve interacting & coaching people from all walks of life. As next steps, I completed my Masters (M.A as well as M.Phil) in Hindi Literature & then went on to get my Post Graduate Diploma in Hindi Translation & Hindi Journalism, before completing my Doctorate in Hindi Literature. I'm also a certified academic instructor for Prathmik until Rashtrabhasha.

I've got over 20 years of actual teaching experience in various schools in India as well conducting private learning lessons, in addition to being a full time Mom (yes my life has been busy!). I've got tailored curricula/curriculums to suite students of all age groups & backgrounds ranging from toddlers to professionals to elderly people. My teaching style is very interactive, as I believe teaching should be fun & it needs to be a two way journey. My job is to enable & empower my students with the skills/tools specific to their gaps in learning, so be prepared for very interactive learning sessions when you sign up with me!
