About me

Hello everyone!

I'm Yoann, a native French speaker and tutor since 2021.

Having always been interested in teaching and a lover of the French language, I happily teach French.

My classes aren't just French lessons. I also want to show you France, its culture, and its citizens. In our classes, we'll explore the cultural aspect. What are the French like? What topics should you discuss with them? What is the history of the Eiffel Tower? And many other questions!

I love sharing my culture and would be curious to learn about yours!

I also love reading, nature, and learning from others.

So, when do we start? :D

I've been teaching French since 2021.

In 2023, I obtained a diploma in teaching French as a foreign language. I am therefore qualified to help you succeed!

The courses are structured according to your needs. To succeed, I use different types of documents such as PDFs, texts, audio, and video. I also use textbooks that will allow us to learn simply and have fun!

The objective of my courses is very simple: to use the language by speaking to learn, practice, and test. I will do everything to ensure you achieve your goals.

I have also taught French in a language school. I have had groups of 20 students, so I can adapt to all levels and needs.

PS: The courses are specific to your needs. For example, with students, I have focused on email writing, oral expression, etc.

During our trial lesson, we'll discuss several things together, such as:

- Your French level

- Your goals

- Your deadline

- The structure of the lesson and what you want to do/learn

- If we still have time, we'll do some activities to help you discover French!

- A good touch of fun to always get you off to a good start :D

Yoann is a great tutor, he is funny, engaging and really challenges you to think and learn. He doesn't give you the answers easily; he makes sure you are thinking and pushes you figure it out so that you learn better and remember it moving forward. He also does this because he believes in you, he believes you can find the right answer. I enjoy the homework I do, and we always check it in the next lesson. He has amazing high energy and is really fun, so it helps the learning experience. I am always engaged and really enjoy my French lessons, and we are often laughing!

Conversational French

Durant nos cours, nous parlerons sur différents thèmes pour vous permettre d'avoir un maximum de vocabulaire ! Nous utiliserons différents documents (audio, vidéo ou texte) pour apprendre les aspects culturels de la France !

French for beginners

Avec des documents spécifiques pour les débutants, nous apprendrons le français de manière structurée et amusante. La grammaire est apprise de manière indirecte, l'objectif est de parler, parler et parler !

DELF

J'ai aidé plusieurs étudiants à obtenir le DELF. Nous verrons l'examen, son fonctionnement et ses épreuves. Puis, nous pratiquerons et nous verrons les stratégies efficaces pour réussir. Nous ferons des tests de production et de compréhension pour être prêt pour le jour J !

DALF

J'ai aidé des étudiants à obtenir le DALF. Nous utilisons un livre spécifiquement créé pour cela. Nous découvrirons le DALF, les stratégies pour réussir et nous pratiquerons pour que vous soyez prêt pour l'examen !

Business French

Nous pouvons étudier le français des affaires. Nous apprendrons un vocabulaire spécifique (prospect, client, entreprise...) mais nous ferons aussi des jeux de rôles pour s'entraîner (entretien d'embauche, présentation d'entreprise...). J'utilise des documents spécifiques pour ce point précis.

General French

Lors de mes classes, nous étudions aussi la langue française d'une manière structurée. Nous apprenons la grammaire de manière indirecte et nous parlons. L'objectif est d'utiliser ce que vous apprenez. Pour cela, j'utilise des manuels et nous ferons différents types d'activités pour apprendre le français. Nous verrons aussi les aspects culturels de France !

TCF

Ayant déjà aidé des étudiants au TCF, je pourrais vous aider au mieux dans la réussite de vos objectifs ! Nous utiliserons des exercices officiels.

FLE

J'enseigne le FLE depuis 4 ans. Mes cours sont organisés et faits de manière à être amusants. L'objectif est de maximiser la parole. Vous parler, parler et parler !
